General conditions governing engineering consultancy, inspection, auditing, and construction engagements.
1. Scope of Engineering Engagement
MARK 1 Technology Limited provides architectural engineering, structural assessment, MEP design, detailed engineering assessment (DEA), safety inspection, and construction services. All technical deliverables are governed by formal project agreements and applicable Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) standards.
2. Professional Responsibility
Our certified engineering teams perform site audits, structural calculations, and inspections with due professional care, diligence, and technical accuracy. Final approval of structural integrity and safety certifications relies on accurate baseline architectural and geotechnical information provided by the client.
3. Intellectual Property & Drawings
All engineering reports, CAD/BIM models, structural calculations, and design documentation prepared by MARK 1 Technology Limited remain the professional intellectual property of MARK 1 Technology Limited until contract terms and financial obligations are fully satisfied.
4. Website Usage Terms
Content on this website, including service lists, project portfolios, custom graphics, and downloadable materials, is provided for informational and business enquiry purposes. Unauthorized copying or redistribution of website assets is prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any engineering contracts executed with MARK 1 Technology Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
